Delivery

Orders are sent with our preferred carriers with tracking details (Australia Post, Couriers Please and Startrack Express). We choose the best option based on the delivery location and order size/weight. If you would like to organise your own courier, pickups are available during business hours.

Smaller orders (under 5kg - generally up to 18 handrail brackets) will usually be sent by an Australia Post Express Post satchel.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within one business day from when payment is finalised (we can usually pack most orders same day if payment is made before 2PM Melbourne time and the complete order is in stock), however we cannot always guarantee this and if there is an unavoidable delay, we will notify you.

Delays may be experienced during public holidays and peak periods. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day, all orders are collected by our transport companies during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Overseas Orders

At present we do not ship outside of Australia.
